Got the wrong item? Or something arrived damaged?
No worries – we’ve got your back! Just let us know within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll set things right.

Here’s what we need to work our magic:

  • The item must be unused
  • Keep those original tags and invoice safe!
  • If everything checks out, we’ll be happy to help with a smooth return or exchange.
  • In case of an exchange due to a defective or damaged item, you can choose between:
  • A replacement of the same item (if available), or Store credit valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Please note:
We do not offer returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect – but trust us, we work hard to make sure that never happens!
